Workflow. Upon receiving the order form and full payment, ehzd starts working on the project: the initial logo samples will be sent to our Client within 3 to 5 working days (depending on the chosen package) directly by e-mail. The Client will be requested to send us feedback. ehzd will analyze the Client’s feedback and start the revisions. Edits consist of 3 sets (5 to 9 variants of the logo, chosen from the initial designs, depending on the package) that will show the changes requested by the client. Significant changes can be requested within the 1st and 2nd set. The 3rd revision request allows only minor modifications on the logo design, chosen from the 2nd set. The revised samples will be sent to the Client within 5 working days. Each additional revision, starting with the 4th will cost 49 €. Once the Client approves the final logo design, ehzd will email it (saved as .GIF, .JPEG (x2), .TIFF, .EPS color, .onetone.EPS formats) directly to the Client.
Project duration. Client agrees to respond timely to ehzd. If within 15 days Client fails to respond, ehzd shall assume the Project complete and will have no further obligation to Client.
Payment. Full payment is required to start the project. Note, that our fee policy does NOT impose any additional fees. To avoid the risk of using your credit card online and for extra security we accept the following forms of payment: Company

Checks, Personal Checks and Money Orders. No cash please.
Refunds. If Client is not satisfied with the initial design concepts, Client may request a 100% refund, less service and processing fee. After the first set of edits, Client receives a 75% refund, less service and processing fees. After the second round of edits, Client receives a 50% refund, less service and processing fees. After the third set of edits or additional revisions, Client receives no refund. ehzd saves copies of unfinished logo projects. Should Client be interested in continuing the project later, some fees may occur. In this case, the best way is to check with ehzd for details.
Operation of Web Site. ehzd shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions or errors due to technical problems. ehzd may at any time discontinue the Web Site in whole or in part and shall not be responsible for any loss that may result.
Ownership. Client retains complete copyright for the final logo design. ehzd has the right to display the logo in its portfolio. Clients are allowed to choose only one logo design. All designs, concepts or other materials presented to the Client and not selected by the Client remain the full property of ehzd.
Copyright/Trademarks. Any trademarks on this site may not be used without written permission.
